About Us

TownPlanningJobs.com is a niche job board, specifically for town planners. It was launched in May 2013, to provide planning companies with an alternative, cheaper service. Many planning companies pay over £1000 to advertise a single vacancy with our competitors. We believe that this excludes many smaller planning companies from hiring talented planners. More options for planning companies, means more options for job-seekers.

Our motto is "made by planners, for planners" because TownPlanningJobs.com was developed by UWE planning masters graduate - Christopher Mills, who is also a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM). We have thorough experience of the town planning sector and of exposing your vacancies to the relevant channels, to maximise the number of quality applicants applying for each position.
